Mitsubishi has spent the last few years working on and improving the capabilities of its lineup, especially in SUVs like the Outlander and Outlander Sport. Here’s just a sample of their great tech features.
AS&G: Ever wonder how much gas you waste stopping at traffic lights, waiting for trains, and idling? The AS&G system is an automatic engine stop and start system that shuts off the engine as you idle in order to make your driving experience more fuel efficient.
e-Assist: The e-Assist name refers to a whole suite of safety tech features that utilize radar and a camera to sense driving hazards in advance and alert the driver. Some of these semi-autonomous and driver alert features include a Forward Collision Mitigation System and Adaptive Cruise Control, among others.
Mitsubishi Remote Control: Control parts of your vehicle remotely through this feature. If you have a Wi-Fi connection, you can connect to your vehicle to turn lights on or off, monitor your vehicle’s status turn on climate control or defrost, and even set a charging schedule.
Rain-light Sensor: If you’ve ever had visibility issues during rainy weather conditions, Mitsubishi’s rain-light sensor will help. It automatically detects the level of rain and visibility and adjusts the headlights accordingly.
The technology behind the wheel of the Mitsubishi Outlander and other names in the brand’s lineup is advanced, convenient, and safe. Ask our staff here at Don Robinson Mitsubishi for more information.
